Hot Buys Top For Sale?

Sorry i haven't posted in a while, I haven't been able to get on since of (euch) school.
Well since there is a sale in the Starplaza, I was looking through Bisou and last months Hot Buys top was still there and it was for sale at8 SD. Weird?
